We are delighted to welcome Dr Claire and Chelsea from Hauora Aotearoa Health NZ, travelling to join us and share their practice of traditional Māori healing and hauora. The Karangahape Road excursion departs at 10am, creating an intimate space for those who wish to remain at the marae and explore practices of wairua, tinana and wellbeing. Alongside these one-to-one and intimate offerings, Claire & Chelsea introduce us to the space rongoā workshop will bring us all together — an opportunity to pause, learn and bask collectively in the practices, mātauranga and healing traditions being shared.
