Join two of the educated sissy’s, Dr Emmy Rākete (Ngāpuhi and Te Rarawa) and Dr Peini Wolfgramm (Whakaleiti, Tonga Tapu), for an afternoon of kōrero, workshops and whakaaro exploring the many forms of mana motuhake and reclamation within education and community spaces.

As a leader of Papa, Emmy shares dimensions of tino rangatiratanga and the possibilities for transformative change across Aotearoa. Dr Penni Wolfgram brings the collective wisdom of Village Collective, drawing on nearly 30 years of Pasifika-led work supporting young people and whānau through culturally grounded approaches to health, leadership, education and wellbeing.
